The site, strategically located adjacent to a prominent North-South highway, ensures direct connectivity to key cities like Delhi, Gurugram, Sohna, and the Indira Gandhi International Airport. Furthermore, it boasts convenient accessibility from both the Sohna-Gurgaon Road and the Permit Line Road.

Integral Designs, in collaboration with Coopers Hill, embarked on this township project with a vision to develop a habitable surrounding by integrating the context of Aravalli ranges, agricultural fields and the scattered hills. Our collaboration was centred on creating a harmonious environment where nature and urbanization coexist in perfect balance.

At the core of our concept is the aspiration to forge a deeper connection between people and their surroundings.

Creating distinct landscape languages is a strategic approach to defining zones within a larger space. Each zone is characterized by unique design elements, such as vegetation, hardscaping, colour schemes, and architectural features, which collectively create a cohesive visual identity and atmosphere. This helps in creating the environments that not only fulfil specific functional requirements but also evoke distinct emotional responses and support diverse activities. This approach enhances the overall user experience, encourages exploration and interaction, and contributes to the sense of identity and place within the larger landscape.
