The resort sits within a rich cultural context and mesmerizing natural landscape of Dominica. With the beach on one side and Hill on the other, the site mould into a hill-hock in the centre that offers vistas of the natural landscape all around. The fusion of vernacular style with contemporary art, creates levels of exclusivity that leads to distinctive design and a luxurious experience that connects the indoors to outdoors.
As one enters the site, a tropical entry experience welcomes you and take you in through an alluring avenue that’s flanked with tall water fall in either side. The avenue terminates at a large drop off to connect with the entrance lobby starts to show glimpse of the mesmerizing beach. The drop off then winds up the circulation to move up along the central hillock. Like a river flows, the landscape flows from the hill top towards the beautiful Caribbean beach.
On top of the hillock, a large lagoon sits which cascades into 2 levels. The upper level lagoon gets its access from the lagoon facing rooms with the lower level rooms having a direct swim up access to the pool which almost becomes a private pool for the 3 built units together. This upper lagoon then cascades down to the lower one that houses various public amenities like a plunge pool, poo bar, a kid’s pool and a large deck with enough lounging area and even space for cabanas. 2 of the room units also open into this lagoon offering direct access. The lagoon deck is enclosed with peripheral green edge with clear vision towards the beach with the speciality restaurant sitting closer to the beach view.

The vehicular loop around the central hillock winds down on the other side connect other room units with some amenities like the kids play area, forest walk, contemplation pavilions, infusion garden and a blending room which offers a personalized touch for the visitors to curate memories with herbs and organic produce from the resort. The circulation then terminates at the Spa block that overlooks the beach at all levels stepping with terraces that house the outdoor seating areas and a heated healing pool. The Spa block steps down to reaches the swimming pool with the infinity edge overlooking the enchanting Dominica Beach.
The meandering array of spaces, lush tropical planting, rooted and bespoke art elements; all evoke sense of a luxurious oasis.
